An order number or photographs may help, but we do not require an original paper receipt as the only proof of purchase.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your remedies<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Poland, the seller is generally liable for a lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery. A consumer may request repair or replacement and, in the circumstances provided by law, a price reduction or cancellation. This does not mean that a refund can be refused until an arbitrary number of repairs has been attempted.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Response and costs<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will respond to a consumer complaint within 14 days of receiving it. Repair or replacement for an accepted non-conformity claim is free, including necessary transport, and must take place within a reasonable time without significant inconvenience. The response deadline is not the deadline for every repair. Statutory rights are independent of any voluntary warranty.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">International purchases<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If mandatory consumer law in another country applies to your purchase, you retain the rights it provides.
