We sell the leather accessories described on our product pages. Consumer prices include taxes due to the seller under applicable law. Delivery charges are shown separately before you place an order. The currency of the price and payment is shown with the amount; it is currently PLN. Changing the website language does not change the currency or the order value.<\/p>
The customer selects a product and variant, adds it to the cart, supplies the details needed for fulfilment and chooses an available delivery and payment method. The order can be reviewed and corrected before the final button. \u2018Order and pay\u2019 creates an order with an obligation to pay. An automated acknowledgement of receipt is not acceptance. The contract is formed when the seller expressly confirms acceptance by email, providing the contract terms in a durable format.<\/p>
Electronic payments are processed through Paynow. Available payment methods appear at checkout and depend on the operator\u2019s active services. Follow the payment instructions; your order confirmation shows the payment status. An unsuccessful or interrupted attempt does not mean that payment has been received. If anything is unclear, contact us before trying again to avoid paying twice.<\/p>
Delivery is available to the countries and addresses supported by checkout. You will see the cost of the selected method before paying. Production time and estimated transit time are separate; fulfilment information is given on the product page or agreed before we accept the order. If no delivery method is available for your address, contact us before buying. For an individually arranged international delivery, we explain any applicable import charges before the contract is concluded.<\/p>
Consumers buying a standard product online may withdraw within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. Details and a sample notice appear on the Delivery and returns page. Choosing a standard belt size or making a standard product only after ordering does not in itself remove this right. The exception for made-to-measure collars and black belts is explained below. Customers outside the EU receive the same voluntary return period for standard products, without limiting more favourable mandatory rights.<\/p>
The seller is responsible for conformity of the goods with the contract under applicable law. See Complaints for the claims procedure. A voluntary Wasiuta warranty, where provided with the purchase, is an additional right under Warranty & repairs. It does not replace the customer\u2019s statutory remedies.<\/p>
Using the shop requires a browser supporting JavaScript and necessary session storage, plus an email address for order correspondence. Unlawful content and interference with the website are prohibited. Technical queries may be sent to the shop\u2019s contact address. The Privacy policy explains personal data processing and browser preference storage.<\/p>
These terms do not deprive consumers of protection under mandatory rules of their country of habitual residence where those rules apply to the purchase. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a problem. In Poland, UOKiK and the competent Trade Inspection provide information on alternative dispute resolution. Changes to these terms do not change contracts already concluded. The document is available in Polish and English; differences between versions cannot limit mandatory consumer rights.<\/p>
We ship to the USA on DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. You pay us the delivery charge stated with your order; we, as the sender, settle import duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges. You do not pay additional import charges on delivery. This does not mean free shipping. If the carrier nevertheless requests such a payment, contact us before paying so we can resolve it. We confirm the delivery cost and availability for your address before the contract is concluded.<\/p>
The black belt and collar made to the individual measurement entered with your order are made-to-measure products. Such non-prefabricated items are excluded from the 14-day right to withdraw without a reason under Article 38(1)(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act. This does not affect defect claims or the warranty, including if we make an item to a measurement different from your order. The exception does not apply to choosing a standard Heritage belt size. Made-to-measure products are also excluded from the voluntary return policy for standard products bought outside the EU; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.<\/p>
