Limited lifetime warranty<\/h2>

Contact: kontakt@wasiuta.com, tel. +48 509 895 217. This warranty covers new Wasiuta products bought directly from our store under the terms below. It applies in the countries to which we delivered the order.<\/p>

\u2018Lifetime\u2019 means the lifetime of the original individual purchaser, while they continue to own the product. For a documented gift purchase, the original gift recipient is treated as that person. This voluntary warranty does not transfer on resale. No buyer\u2019s statutory rights are restricted by this condition.<\/p>

What is covered<\/h2>

Defects in materials and workmanship that appear during normal use for the intended purpose: for example, faulty stitching, an incorrectly fitted rivet or a defective buckle. Our first remedy is a free repair. If repair is not possible, we will replace the item with the same product or, with your agreement, a comparable one. If a suitable replacement is unavailable, we will refund the purchase price rather than require you to accept store credit.<\/p>

What is not covered<\/h2>

Natural patina, changes in shade or softness, superficial marks and ordinary wear from use. Also excluded is damage caused by cuts, chewing, excessive loads, soaking, drying on a heater, unsuitable chemicals or use outside the product\u2019s intended purpose. An exclusion applies only to damage actually caused by that circumstance. A repair by another craftsperson does not automatically void coverage for unrelated defects.<\/p>

A collar is not a chew toy or equipment for lifting, climbing or securing a load. Inspect the leather, holes and hardware regularly. Stop using it if damaged. A rating for an individual buckle or D-ring is not a load rating for the finished collar.<\/p>

How to make a claim<\/h2>

Contact us with a description, photographs and information that allows us to verify the purchase, such as an order number or payment confirmation. An original paper receipt is not the only acceptable proof. We will reply within 14 days and provide a way to return the item without charge. For an accepted claim, we cover reasonable shipping costs both ways. Repair, replacement or refund will be completed within 30 days of receiving the item. We will not carry out a chargeable repair without your agreement to the quote.<\/p>

Your statutory rights remain separate<\/h2>

The Wasiuta warranty is a voluntary limited warranty on the terms above. It does not exclude, restrict or suspend your statutory rights for goods that do not conform to the contract. You may make a statutory claim independently of this warranty. You also retain protection under mandatory law in your country of residence where it applies to the purchase. In the United States, this warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.<\/p>

Made-to-measure items, returns and defect claims<\/h2>

The warranty covers product defects, not a change of mind. Excluding withdrawal without a reason for non-prefabricated items made to an individual measurement does not exclude the warranty or statutory defect claims. A justified claim concerning a made-to-measure item can also lead to a refund when the conditions set out in law or in this warranty are met.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
