The Heritage belt uses Buffalo Handwax Cognac buffalo leather, 38 mm wide. The Maya collar uses Maya Bordeaux cowhide, also 38 mm wide. The leather article and its finish tell you more than the general description \u2018leather\u2019.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Will the colour and texture match the photograph exactly?<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every piece of natural leather has its own grain and shade. Small variations are part of its character. Lighting and screen settings can affect how a colour appears. Use the leather and finish description together with the photographs of the model you are choosing.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How do I choose a belt size?<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Choose the Heritage belt in 100, 110 or 120 cm. The black belt is made to measure: enter your own fastening circumference. On both models, size means the distance from where the tip of the buckle pin rests against the frame to the centre of the middle hole. This is the fastening circumference, not the full leather length or your trouser size. Measure a well-fitting belt to the hole you use, or measure through your trouser loops. Do not add the tail. If unsure, contact us before buying.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How do I choose a collar size?<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every collar is made to measure. Use a soft tape to measure your dog\u2019s neck where the collar will sit, close to the body without squeezing. Enter the actual measurement in centimetres on the product page, without adding extra room yourself. We allow for fit and adjustment when making the collar. Once fitted, check that two fingers fit underneath and that your dog cannot slip out. This model is 38 mm wide; make sure that width suits your dog before buying.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can I add initials?<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not currently offer personalisation or initial stamping. If we introduce this service, its options and price will appear on the relevant product pages.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Do you ship internationally?<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We deliver in Poland and arrange deliveries to EU countries, the UK and the USA. Check the available methods and price for your address when ordering. If your country is not listed, email kontakt@wasiuta.com so we can confirm the terms before purchase. USA deliveries use DDP: Wasiuta pays import duties, import taxes and customs clearance; the recipient does not pay these on delivery.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Does leather need care?<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes, but more product is not always better. Remove dust, avoid soaking and keep wet leather away from direct heat. Match any care product to the finish and test it on a hidden area first. See Leather care for further guidance.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What does the warranty cover?<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our limited lifetime warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover natural wear or damage caused by misuse. The Warranty and repairs page explains the coverage, the meaning of lifetime and how to make a claim. Your statutory rights remain separate.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why are prices in PLN on the English website?<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Language and payment currency are separate settings. Prices and orders are currently in Polish zloty (PLN). Switching between PL and EN changes the language without converting the price. If your card uses another currency, your bank determines the exchange rate and any conversion fees.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can I return a made-to-measure item?<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The black belt and collar made to the individual measurement entered with your order are made-to-measure products. Such non-prefabricated items are excluded from the 14-day right to withdraw without a reason under Article 38(1)(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act. This does not affect defect claims or the warranty, including if we make an item to a measurement different from your order. The exception does not apply to choosing a standard Heritage belt size. Made-to-measure products are also excluded from the voluntary return policy for standard products bought outside the EU; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Does the laptop sleeve have a felt lining?<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cognac leather, light stitching and a simple slip-in design. Made for the MacBook Air M1 13\u2033 (2020). Unlined, with a carefully finished inner leather surface.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can I return the MacBook sleeve?<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MacBook Air M1 sleeve is a standard model, even when made after an order is placed. The return policy for standard products on the Delivery and returns page applies.
